Cars built from 1943 through 1945
Concerning passenger cars available to the general public during the war years between 1943 and 1945 - some where manufactured but almost none were available to the general public. For instance, Chevrolet made several cars early in 1942 but those cars were registered, as needed, as new in 1943, 1944 and 1945 and for military use. If you go to carsonline.com or hemmings.com those cars are non-existent.
